Rayna Jaymes’ ‘Nashville’ Mansion Is for Sale Again [Pictures]
The stunning mansion in which the fictional Rayna Jaymes (Connie Britton) lived on the TV drama Nashville is very real — and it's for sale once again. The Davidson County, Tenn., home was recently re-listed by real estate firm Engel & Volkers, at a new, lower price.
Now on the market for $14.975 million, Jaymes' famous home is located at 1358 Page Rd., in the Belle Meade area of Nashville. The mansion was previously on the market for $15,999,999, reduced from its original list price of $17,999,999.
"A true luxury home where comfort, nature and lush living intertwine" is how the listing describes the custom-designed Georgian-style mansion. "The materials used are perhaps most remarkable for the utmost sense of harmony they create ... [H]igh ceilings throughout captures light and space with an inviting warmth of character."
Look Inside George Strait's Unique Mansion:
The massive mansion features six bedrooms — one of which is a private entry apartment with its own separate living, dining, kitchen and laundry spaces — eight bathrooms and three half-bathrooms. We can't forget to mention its four fireplaces, gorgeous wood and marble floors, and three-car garage, too. The home totals 20,533 square feet, to say nothing of its six-acre lot, which includes both covered and uncovered patios.
Not enough for you? Check out that pool! And that wine cellar! Did we note the incredible stone entryway and floating spiral staircase? There's also a small horse barn on the property.
The lavish mansion appeared in the early episodes of Nashville, before producers decided to build sets based on the house. However, it's also been the site of other television events.
