Poughkeepsie’s Concerts in the Parks Ready For Another Hudson Valley Summer

The place to be every Tuesday evening this summer is at Greenvale Park in the Town of Poughkeepsie on Route 376 for Concerts in the Park. Great, live, local music will be played every Tuesday, so get ready for another great summer.
The concerts will be held every week so bring a blanket, lawn chairs, and a picnic supper or snacks, and don't forget to invite your family and friends! In case of rain, that week's concert will be held at the Town of Poughkeepsie Senior Center, 14 Abe's Way.
Here's the rest of the summer's line-up.
Tuesday, July 11; 7-9: The Harvest Band will perform some contemporary songs as well as standards we all know and love.
Tuesday, July 18; 7-9: Enjoy country music and some southern rock when Long Neck takes the stage.
Tuesday, July 25; 7-8:30: Hear classic rock, pop, as well as dance music performed by The Chain Gang.
Tuesday, August 1; 6:30-8:30: More great country music with Thunder Ridge.
Tuesday, August 8; 6:30-8:30: Crazy Feet will hit the stage performing some swing, jazz, the blues, and Motown.
Tuesday, August 15; 6:30-8:30: Get ready for danceable rock n roll from the 50's to the 80's with Hot Rod.
Tuesday, August 22; 6:30-8:30: The Ghost River Gypsy Band closes the summer out with classic rock, blues, funk and soul.
