Today, December 7th, is the 75th Anniversary of the attacks on Pearl Harbor. A day that will live in infamy.

The Oldest known survivor of the Pearl Harbor attacks is a gentleman by the name of Ray Chavez. He currently lives in San Diego, California and is 104 years old. NBC's Lester Holt caught up with Chavez in the months leading up to the 75th anniversary of the attacks. Over the years Chavez has made several trips to Pearl Harbor, but three years ago he told himself he would visit again on the 75th anniversary. Chavez needed to be in physically better shape to travel, so he got himself a personal trainer.

Chavez went on to gain 20 pounds of muscle and build up his stamina to visit the Pearl Harbor on the anniversary of the horrible attacks. If you need some motivation this Wednesday morning watch 104 year old Pearl Harbor Veteran, Ray Chavez workout in hopes to make the trip:

As you can see, Ray made it back to Hawaii in time to honor his fallen brothers and sisters.
