Operating Hours for Hudson Valley Banks

I know there is a lot of news coming at you during this time, having a list to keep track of it all can help keep us all organized.

A lot of banks around here have been temporarily closing some branches, changing hours and other options.

Here is information on what they are doing right from their websites.

Hudson Valley Federal Credit Union

All branch lobbies will be temporarily closed until further notice. The drive-thru tellers, contact center, support departments, and lobby/drive-up ATMS will continue to work.

They have appointment only options for any mortgage or home equity problems, Debit/ATM card issues, notary services, and loan related issues that can't be handled digitally.

KeyBank

All branch lobbies will be temporarily closed until further notice. Drive-thru tellers and night deposit boxes are available. You can schedule an appointment with a banker for an issue or to access your safety deposit box, but you will be required to show a valid ID.

Ulster Savings Bank

All branch lobbies will be temporarily closed until further notice. Drive-thru banking is available and if necessary you can make a private appointment. Customer service, loan, payroll, and tax departments will operate with regular business hours.

**If you use the Phoneicia Branch, Walk-up banking is available through the Drop Box.**

Mid-Hudson Valley Federal Credit Union

All branch lobbies will be temporarily closed until further notice. Drive-up teller hours are Monday- Friday 8:00a.m.-6:00p.m. and Saturday 9:00a.m.-2:00p.m.

Their branches are operating on limited hours. Monday-Friday 9:30a.m.-4:00p.m.

Rhinebeck Bank

All branch lobbies will be temporarily closed until further notice. Appointments can be made for certain issues. Drive-up lanes will run on limited hours (8:00a.m.-4:00p.m. and Saturday 8:30a.m.-12:30p.m.)

Their Fishkill, New Paltz and Cold Spring branches are temporarily closed, but ATMS are available. The Poughkeepsie, Kingston and Wappingers Falls branches are operating on normal hours.

ATMS are open.
