Now we can be kids in the Stone Age!

My wife is always saying that I'm either acting 9 or 5, depending on the day I guess.   Now, it's going to be OK to be a kid again and relive some of the best memories of my childhood.

LEGO recently held a competition asking for ideas on what the new 2019 design should be.

And the winner is?

The Flintstones!  Complete with curtains, curtain rails, TV, sofa, paintings, a coffee table that even has the bowl and little fruit, bowling ball and of course Fred, Wilma, Barney and Betty.

I loved The Flintstones as a kid and would sometimes wonder how TV existed but nothing else did.  I also went thru a stage where I was afraid to drive because my dad told me that I'd have to get an older car first and I thought that meant using my feet like the Flintstone car and I wasn't prepared for that.

I'm probably a bit more excited about this because I always wanted LEGO's but never got any as a kid.  I'd ask Santa for LEGO's and I'd get stuff like 'Erector Set' or carpenters tools.

I'm already trying to figure out a place in our house to display this wonderful piece of Bryan's childhood.
