Not so surprisingly, 4 of the 182 top-rated cities were right here in New York. But the cities that are apparently top-rated might surprise you.

Are there any in the Hudson Valley? Well, sort of...Here take a look at the 4 New York cities that made the list:

Not a single Hudson Valley city on the list? To be honest, I'm a little shocked considering we make all these list throughout the year of "Charming" and "Coziest" towns to visit.

WalletHub used data ranging from "the share of the population that is single to the number of online dating opportunities to the average price for a two-person meal." They also broke down numbers like the percentage of singles in each city.

Rochester, NY came at #5 for the highest percentage of singles, followed by New Haven CT at #4, Cleveland, OH at #3, Dettorit, MI at #2 and Burlington, VT coming in at #1.

Is it a good or bad thing that there are so many singles in Rochester, NY? We may never know...

As for the most expensive meal costs? New York City tied with San Francisco, CA, Seattle, WA, Miami, FL, Irvine, CA, and Santa Rosa, CA.
