Colorful New Restaurant Opening in Monroe, NY

More than ever, Hudson Valley residents are witnessing new businesses blossoming. It's wonderful to see the community growing in each and every county.

New businesses have recently opened their doors in the Hudson Valley.

Strada Grill, 88 Charles Street Restaurant, and Corey's Pickles have recently opened in Montgomery, NY

A brand new restaurant has opened in Monroe, NY.

Monarca Cantina is taking over this Hudson Valley town with its flavorful menu. This Mexican restaurant has a vision of including traditional and modern-day Mexican influences. Rudy Brambila created this concept, he is from Union de Tula, Jalisco in Mexico. 

Brambila is also a member and co-owner of Frontera Tacos & Tequila in Middletown along with Ocho Cafe Taco & Tequila in Connecticut. They plan on making their customers feel at home in Mexico with their food, drinks, and exciting décor.

Why is it called Monarca Cantina?

This name came from the idea of Monarca Cantina. They want to provide their customers with the best service and to make them feel welcome.

When is Monarca Cantina open for business?

According to their Facebook page, they are opening on the following days.

Monday-Thursday from 11:00am-10:00pm

Friday-Saturday from 11:00am-11:00pm 

Sunday from 11:00am-10:00pm
