If you are still digging out from the snow storm the other day this could definitely help.

If you look hard enough you can find an App for pretty much everything, including getting someone to come to your house to plow you out when it snows.

It's called SnoHub and the app works along the same lines as Uber works, according to the Times Union. After you download the app, customers are asked to enter their address, which will show up on a map, then you can select what services you would like. They offer pretty much everything including, clearing walkways, driveways and in front of garage doors. If you want they will also put down salt on walkways or driveways.

After you input all the information, they will give you a price quote for the services. They say a driveway up to 100 feet in length with up to 6 inches of snow costs $59 to plow and they will add an additional $10 for every additional inch of snow.

Once a customer is matched with a plow driver they can see the driver's location and estimated time of arrival on a map and contact the driver through the app.

Any driver working with SnoHub have to provide proof of insurance and a driver's license and make it through a background check to become a contractor.

If you want to download the app for the next snow storm it's free and you can find it on Apple products in the App Store or for Android devices at Google Play.
