Nearly 30 Year Murder Investigation of Hudson Valley Man Continues
Police are hoping for help as they continue to investigate the killing of a Hudson Valley man, almost 30 years after his murder.
On March 30, 1987, then 29-year-old Mark Wells was shot dead outside of his home on Route 22 in Town of Wawayanda.
The Orange County man, who was a security guard at a Caldor Department Store off of State Route 211 in Middletown was shot five times.
At the time of his murder, Wells had no known enemies, police say.
