Law enforcement in Ulster County is hoping the public can help them locate a missing 25-year-old man.

The City of Kingston Police Department is asking for the community's help in locating a man who was reported missing.

Have You Seen This Missing Man in Kingston, NY?

Authorities in Kingston are trying to locate 25-year-old Clemente Smith (above), who was reportedly last seen with his cousin on Thursday, October 16th, 2025, according to a recent post on the City of Kingston Police Department's Facebook page.

Police didn't say where Smith was last seen, or what time of day, but did describe him as a black male standing 5’4″ tall and weighing around 130 pounds. He has short black hair and brown eyes.

The New York State Missing Persons Clearinghouse, which is responsible for providing assistance to law enforcement agencies handling cases involving missing children, college students, and vulnerable adults, reports that there are hundreds of active missing person cases across New York.
