You can be honest, you're probably a little stressed out. I think we all are.

I know personally, when I get stressed out I tend to get stress-breakouts on my face. Just a line of pimples near my chin. With everything going on with the COVID-19 pandemic, it's safe to say I'm a little stressed.

We had Spa Director of Mirbeau Inn & Spa Rhinebeck, Pamela Maes, join us on the show to discuss skincare during the pandemic. Pamela had some great advice on taking some time (since we have so much of it) and throwing away beauty products that may be expired.

Pamela also gave us an awesome at-home facial mask recipe. Here are some easy ingredients to mix together to give yourself an at-home spa treatment:

Soothing Acne Mask- Helps calm skin and treat acne-causing bacteria on your skin.

1-2 spoon fulls of plain yogurt

1 spoon full of honey

½ spoon of Tumeric

Mix the yogurt, honey, and turmeric until blended. Apply on skin for 5-10 minutes rinse off.

Egg White Mask- Tightens pores and refreshes skin.

1 Egg
Separate in a bowl & discard the yolk. Stir up the egg white to thicken and apply on for 10 minutes. Then rinse off.

Grab yourself a beverage, put on a robe and enjoy a Mirbeau Inn & Spa at home treatment. Then, once this is all said and done, leave it up to the professionals. You can book your appointment today with Pamela and the staff at Mirbeau Inn & Spa Rhinebeck by visiting their website or their Instagram page.
