Miranda Lambert Helps the Ladies of Country Music.

Miranda Lambert is one of the most popular woman in country music. Of course there are other brilliant ladies like Carrie Underwood, Martina McBride, Reba, Kacey Musgraves...I could keep going, but I might be here all day.

There has been some really harsh criticism of  Women in Country music as of late. I'm sure none of us have forgotten the article where female country singers were referred to as "Tomatoes"  by a radio consultant who also stated that we should be playing LESS female artists on country radio. I'm not even a singer and I was offended.

Miranda Lambert is doing all she can to bring more ladies to the forefront of country music. "I just want to see some girls up there. I Just want to see females get played" Miranda has said about her current tour. On the "Roadside Bars and Pink Guitars" tour,Miranda is bringing along a few of her girl friends along for the ride.
