A few months back, celebrity chef Mario Batali was accused of sexual harassment by multiple women, and we speculated on whether it might have an effect on any of his Hudson Valley businesses. Now, it looks like it has.

The Tarry Market, located on Main Street in Port Chester, closed its doors at the end of June. Owned by Batali, the market offered European and local artisanal products to its customers in the area.

Batali is also the owner of Tarry Wine, located next door to the Tarry Market, and the Tarry Restaurant in Westport. Both businesses will remain open, at least for now. Several of Batali's other business ventures are already in the process of closing, including his three restaurants in Las Vegas.

Were you ever a customer at the Tarry Market? Did that change once the allegations surrounding Batali came out?
