90s kids, it's our time to shine!

If you're anything like me, when you were growing up there were a handful of game shows you wanted to be on. More specifically, any game show on Nickelodeon. Who could forget Double Dare, GUTS and Legends of The Hidden Temple?

For years millennials who grew up with Legends of The Hidden Temple tried to recreate the greatness of Kirk Fogg and Olmec by dressing up as their favorite 'Legends' team (I was ALWAYS the Green Monkeys).

Variety is reporting that the classic 90s game show will be "revived as a competition for adults" for The CW.

Variety explains:

This time, the entire show is taken out of the safety of a studio setting into a “mysterious jungle” with tougher challenges and bigger prizes. Five teams begin the journey, but only one is “strong enough and smart enough” to enter the ominous Olmec’s Temple, avoid the Temple Guards, retrieve a lost treasure and return it to its rightful owner.

The CW doesn't plan to stray too far away from the original outline of the show. Our favorite teams will be back, the Purple Parrots, Blue Barracudas, Orange Iguanas, “Red Jaguars, Silver Snakes and Green Monkeys.

Of course, Olmec will return along with challenges like the Moat Crossing, The Steps of Knowledge and Temple Run.

Want to be on Legends of The Hidden Temple? LegendsCasting.Com is looking for adults that are 21 years or older to apply for the casting call. You must be able to take off the whole month of July as this is when they will be filming. Pick your teammate wisely.

Will the Temple Guards be as terrifying now as they were in the 90s? Will the Shrine of the Silver Monkey still be impossible to put together?

More importantly, will Kirk Fogg be hosting?!
