The Bieber's have some strong Hudson Valley ties. Hailey is a Hudson Valley girl, growing up in Rockland County near Nyack, New York.
Years ago when Justin and Hailey's relationship was on the newer side, the couple was spotted shopping at Mother Earth grocery store in New Windsor.
