New York state residents can easily find a local brewery nearby. A new brewery has opened in their doors within the Hudson Valley. Two Farms Brewing is now open in Bloomingburg, NY with ‘serene’ views, local beer options and more.

While the Hudson Valley area has a variety of breweries in each county, another part of New York state is considered 'Brew Central'.

Although breweries may seem as if they popped up a few years ago within New York state, they actually have historical roots to this state

New York State Brewers Association shared that The New York State Brewers Association was first found in the 1830’s. This was once known as the New York and New Jersey Ale Brewers Association at that time.

They also shared that the ‘first craft brewery in the US’ was opened in the 1600’s in New York City.

Along with Visit The USA, Visit Central New York mentioned that Central New York is,

With serene views, these Central New York breweries have highlighted the beauty of the area and created locally owned breweries for everyone to experience.

Some counties located in Central New York consist of Madison, Onedia, Broome, Chenango and more.

The National Baseball Hall of Fame is located in Central New York in Cooperstown, NY. Animal Adventure Park is a place where I visited April the Giraffe many years ago, also in Central New York and worth the trip.

The park and gazebo that inspired Rod Serling to create a Twilight Zone episode, "Walking Distance" is located within the Central New York area. I visited Recreation Park in Binghamton, NY to see the sights relating to this popular episode.
