9 Terrific Food Trucks Coming to Dutchess County this Year

The town of East Fishkill has unveiled their list of approved food trucks for 2024, and it's shaping up to be a tasty year.

The "approved" list doesn't come without some drama. When new regulations were released in 2022 dictating there (and how long) a food truck could remain in one location, much of the community pushed back. With the addition of the East Fishkill Food Truck Park, however, it seems like both patrons and truck owners are ready to get to work.

2024 Food Truck Schedule Announced for East Fishkill, NY

"Updated food truck list for 2024!", Empanada Mama food truck enthusiastically shared on their Facebook page. Empanada Mama, a business that has been very vocal in their support of East Fishkill's new regulations, is just one of nine food trucks approved for the 2024 season. Here's how they will be rotated:

Food trucks have been approved to sell food Tuesday-Friday, with two to three different trucks operating on each day. As Empanada Mama put it, "look at all these great trucks! One for almost each day of the week!!!". Here's how it breaks down:

Food Trucks Coming to 2670 Route 52 in East Fishkill, NY

Food trucks will be alternating their use of the Food Truck Park located at 2670 Route 52 in East Fishkill, NY (below). Tuesdays will feature The Dog House (hot dog specialists) and Waffle Wagon (waffle and dessert specialists) from 11am to 7pm. Wednesdays will host Hot Dogs & More from 11am to 3:30pm and BBQ Crew from 12pm to 6:30pm. And that's just the first half of the week...

Thursdays and Fridays at the East Fishkill Food Truck Park

The Cluck Truck (chicken) along with Twisted Sisters (ice cream) will serve from 12pm to 6:30pm on Thursdays. Fridays will see Empanada Mama (empanadas) serving from 12pm to 4:30pm, From the Ground Up (café fare) 11am to 3pm, and Cousins Maine Lobster from 12pm to 8pm on select dates.
