I’m All About Candy Corn But This Is Just To Much
This time of year, even though I'm not a fan of the cold, is pretty nice I have to admit. The changing of the leaves, post-season baseball, college football and candy corn.
Patty Quinn has a little bowl on her desk that has candy corn in it and I can't help but take some every time I pass. OK, I'll be honest, it's more like a handful and I make sure I go in there a few times an hour. Yes, it's pathetic but I love them.
When I lived in Missouri, they would put some peanuts in with the candy corn and it was a nice mix of sweet and salty.
I am also a huge pizza fan. I could honestly live on pizza alone. When I was single I would eat it almost every night.
Now, let's talk about combining the two. I'm not sure that should EVER happen but it appears to be a thing.
According to Rare, Candy Corn Pizza is a thing and gaining popularity. It's basically pizza with candy corn topping. I'm not to sure about melted candy corn though. Although, have you ever seen melted candy corn? Me either.
It started over the debate of, "does pineapple belong on pizza" and seemed to grow from there.
A lot of people have chimed in with their dislike of it but it seems that there are more people that are either interested in trying it or don't think it would be that bad.
I'm always willing to try something once but this, this I might have to pass on.
