Luke Kelly Loves The Hudson Valley
Of course, we had to ask the Dutchess County native if he had any favorite local photos and he didn't disappoint.
Towards the end of the summer, I saw that Luke had wrapped up a few weeks of traveling and returned home to the Hudson Valley and he shared this photo from Red Hook:
One of his many followers asked in the comment section:
"What keeps you living in red hook after seeing all there is to offer out in the world?"
To which he responded:
well, I lived a bunch of different places in my 20’s and realized that I love a lot of things about living in the Hudson Valley. Tori and I moved to Millbrook a couple years ago and we really like it here. It’s nice being close to family and friends, and I always knew that I wanted to live in a small town with a lot of quiet. It’s still my goal to get out and see and experience as much of the world as I can though, and I’ll always travel. This feels like a good home base. (damn that was a good question man lol)
We have to agree, that was a great question and Luke gave an amazing answer. With so much love for his hometown, we asked Luke if he would share some of his favorite local photos with us too. Check out his top picks below. Do you have a favorite? (Mine is the snowy diner shot from Red Hook.)
