Which Hudson Valley Haunted Attraction Took a Top Spot on National Best List?

2 Local Haunted Attractions Make Top 20 List

USA Today has been churning out fall themed 10Best list week after week for the last month or so.

From Pumpkin Patches to Apple Orchards and fall foliage locations, they have covered it all.

Side note, Kelder's Farm in Kerhonkson made the list for one of the 10Best Pumpkin Patches in the nation. They were voted in at #9.

So it's only right they start covering the spooky stuff. Last week a list came out of the Top 20 Haunted Attractions in the US and it was the publics job to vote in their favorite of the 20 to make it to the 10 Best.

Thankfully, 2 Hudson Valley attractions made the initial list: Pure Terror Scream Park in Monroe and The Headless Horseman Hayride and Haunted Attractions in Ulster Park.

While making the Top 20 is a feat in itself, making the 10Best would be pretty cool right?

Which Hudson Valley Haunted Attraction Makes 10Best List?

1 of the 2 haunted attractions did make the final 10Best List and came in right near the top of the list.

According to the votes, The Headless Horseman Hayrides and Haunted Attractions is one of the 10Best haunted attractions in the US coming in at #2.

USA Today writes "Headless Horseman Hayrides and Haunted Attractions is an immersive experience that changes each Halloween season."

Adding:

The attractions at this historic manor on 65-plus acres continually evolve with unusual monsters, amazing illusions, costumes, makeup, animatronics, and frightening details.

 

 

Guests will navigate through a corn maze, haunted houses, walking trails and of course they'll encounter the headless horseman himself on their iconic hayride.
