Hudson Valley Golf Course Opens Tomorrow

It's official - The Players is in the books and Apple Greens is ready to welcome golfers this week. They made the announcement yesterday on their Facebook page. The 2019 Hudson Valley Golf season is officially open as of tomorrow. Move the snow blower aside, reach for the clubs and be ready to go.

The National Weather Service has the weather forecast for the course "perfect" (just my opinion maybe!)

Wednesday

Sunny, with a high near 54. Light south wind increasing to 5 to 10 mph in the morning.

Wednesday Night

A slight chance of rain and snow showers after 3 am. Mostly cloudy, with a low around 33. South wind 7 to 9 mph. Chance of precipitation is 20%.

With the promos having started on TV for the Masters which tees up April 11th making us long for warm sunny days on the course, it is awesome that all of us addicts of the game have a place to go to get our fix before day one from Augusta. Apple Greens will have their front 18 open. The East still has some snow. They are offering their spring rate until April 1st, 2019 and are ready to take questions and book you at time. Apple Greens Golf Course is located at 161 South Street in Highland New York. They have a 27 hole course with all types of terrain. The course is layout through an existing apple orchard. They have a wonderful restaurant and plus a special wedding / event venue located on the course.
