There's nothing like sitting by a bonfire on a chilly night while eating s'mores. If only you could have that feeling on a daily basis. One Hudson Valley restaurant is trying to make that possible.

Brendan McAlpine of The Hudson Valley Marshmallow Company wants to open a store in Beacon, according to the Poughkeepsie Journal. If all goes according to plan, McAlpine hopes to open the store before the end of the year on Main St.

Danielle Falcon of the Hudson Valley Marshmallow Company said the store will be like a candy store, with a variety of marshmallows, baked goods, and of course, s'mores. The Journal says they have flavors like vanilla, chocolate, and seasonal flavors like pumpkin spice. I don't know about you, but I could eat s'mores on a daily basis, especially when there are flavored marshmallows.

The Hudson Valley Marshmallow Company is an expansion of Three Tarts, a bakery in Manhattan. Once the original owners separated, McAlpine bought the business, as stated in the article.

Did you know the Hudson Valley has a marshmallow company?
