How Your Favorite Country Stars Stay Fit
This time of year can be pretty tough for diet and exercise.
We are still coming off of the holidays and the weather is just not good to do a lot outside.
I definitely feel like I need some inspiration and who better to look up to then your favorite country singers.
Here are some country stars who are really into fitness and some tips they swear by to stay fit:
You just take one look at Carrie and you can tell she is in incredible shape. According to Pop Sugar, she does a ton of squats and lunges and squeezes in cardio anywhere she can. She is also a vegetarian when it comes to her diet.
He had a huge fitness victory, Tim lost 40 pounds and credits it to a few changes. In Men's Health he mentions he does a tough 90 minute workout that is filled with cardio and weight lifting. He also gave up fast food, and booze in his diet.
Brittany is making a name for herself on social media and she recently lost 40 pounds after giving birth to her second child with Jason Aldean. Now this is the kind of tips I like to hear.... she says in People Magazine that she isn't a fan of the gym or weights. She goes on walks with her kids and on the beach for exercise. We all fawn over Kenny Chesney's buff arms and he is always in perfect shape for the beach. Kenny told One Country that he limits his alcohol intake and tries to watch what he eats. Kenny does a lot of cardio and makes a workout schedule to hold himself to it.
