Get a new Bike or Bike Parts at the New Paltz Bike Swap This Saturday

If you're looking for a good deal on a new bike, or maybe something used, then the New Paltz Bike Swap is for you. The swap will be held this Saturday, May 16 at the New Paltz Middle School from 10-2.

This is the eighth year the swap has taken place and is a fundraiser for the Fats in the Cats Bike Club, a non-profit club that supports cycling in the Hudson Valley. This is a community event during which participants can buy, sell and trade bikes, bike parts and anything bike related. Participants can sell old bikes or bike parts for cash or buy bikes and cycling items, according to the Daily Freeman.

The swap has dozens of vendors and hundreds of participants. Admission is free, but it is recommended to get there early for the best selection.
