Yes we are morons and pretty proud of it.

If you have no idea what frolic Friday is all about, it was something we came up over a year ago as a way to welcome the weekend. So every Friday Jess and I head out and frolic around like two idiots to welcome the weekend and hopefully make you smile at least for a second.

As I always say, if your having a rough day and the weekend can't get here fast enough maybe you need to do a little frolic. Go ahead give it a try, I promise once your done your day will only get better.

To frolic all you need to do is drop your arms to your side, point your hands out and start skipping around like you don't have a care in the world.
