Okay so, fall doesn't officially start until September 22nd. But let's be real, as soon as the calendar flipped to September you probably felt the fall vibes.

Just because the Hudson Valley is going through a heat waves doesn't mean we can't think about this upcoming fall season. You really can't escape it either, the supermarkets are already stocked with Halloween Candy and Spirit Halloween costume stores have popped up every where in the Hudson Valley.

So we might as well talk about the scary movie schedule coming to a TV near you.

Freeform, formally known as ABC Family, has released their official line up for their 31 Nights of Halloween movie schedule. The schedule gives kids and adults alike something to look forward to for a few spooks and scares.

Kicking off the festivities, according to People.com, on October 1st at 5pm is ParaNorman, followed by The Nightmare Before Christmas at 7:10pm and then, of course, Hocus Pocus at 8:50pm.

For the rest of the month you can enjoy movies like, The Goonies, The Nightmare Before Christmas, The Final Girls, Warm Bodies, Hotel Transylvania, The Addams Family and Charlie and the Chocolate Factory plus more.

On Halloween, which falls on a Wednesday, Hocus Pocus will be played back to back from 12:30pm until 12am.
