Around this time every year is when you start seeing the inner artist come out of yourself and your friends. The canvas used during this time is usually a pumpkin.

Pumpkin Carvers are out and ready to show of their chiseled skills. You can show of your talents October 23rd through October 26th out in Beacons Long Dock Park.

From the 23rd to the 26th starting at 3pm and going until 6pm, you'll have the opportunity to carve a pumpkin that will then be put on display at Pumpkins in The Park.

Pumpkins in The Park is a free event as the pumpkins are donated from Scenic Hudson.

After you and the family carve your pumpkin you can show them off to all of your friends. Long Dock Park will be open on Friday October 27th from 6pm until 8pm where the pumpkins will be lit and on display.

Unlike the Great Jack O'Lantern Blaze, Pumpkins in The Park is free and tickets aren't needed. For more details visit ScenicHudson.Org.
