City of Poughkeepsie Seeking Food Truck Vendors
Earlier this week, The City of Poughkeepsie took to social media with a request. They explain that they are looking for Food Truck Vendors for parks with pools and Market Street adding:
The city is issuing a Request for Proposal for food truck vendors interested in operating at several city-owned locations, including Spratt and Pulaski pools and places along Market Street.

Food Trucks Park It at Popular East Fishkill, NY Stop
This idea of having different food trucks at different locations across the Hudson Valley seems to be working.
The Food Truck Park in East Fishkill, New York is wildly popular. Located at 2670 Rt 52, in Hopewell Junction, has a full rotation of 8 food trucks that park there once a week bringing huge crowds.
Trucks like Empanda Mama, Twisted Sister, and The Dog House are all part of the rotation.
