Florida Georgia Line are set to headline a United Service Organizations tour that's being touted as the biggest ever event to honor members of the military. The duo will perform at the World's Biggest USO Tour in Washington, DC on Sept. 12, they revealed in a tweet, and will be joined by comedian Adam Devine and food personality Robert Irvine at the performance. Fans not in DC can stream the performance at USO.org. -- AM
The Song Suffragettes, an all-female singer-songwriter collective in Nashville, have made a $10,000 donation to the Time's Up Legal Defense Fund. According to a press release, the funds were raised through streams and downloads of the song "Time's Up," written by Song Suffragettes members Kalie Shorr and Lacy Green and released earlier this year. “As the song and music video continue to be embraced, we look forward to writing even more checks to the Time's Up Legal Defense Fund," says Song Suffragettes founder Todd Cassetty in a statement. "Hopefully more media outlets and social media influencers will continue to help spread the word about the song, the organization and most importantly, discrimination issues against women.” -- AM
Luke Bryan will serve as ESPN College GameDay's celebrity guest game picker on Saturday (Sept. 1), offering his thoughts on college football's opening weekend matchups beside host Rece Davis and analysts Lee Corso, Kirk Herbstreit and Desmond Howard. Bryan will join the College GameDay crew live from Notre Dame Stadium in South Bend, Ind., around 11:30AM. -- AS
An album of previously unreleased Louvin Brothers material from '60s is set for release this fall. Titled Love & Wealth: The Lost Recordings, the 29-song collection will feature unreleased demo recordings from the duo's earliest years, and will be released on both CD and vinyl. Love & Wealth: The Lost Recordings is due out on Modern Harmonic on Sept. 28. -- AM
Sara Evans will hit the road this holiday season for her At Christmas Tour. Evans will kick off the nine-show tour in Cincinnati, Ohio, on Nov. 24, and will conclude on Dec. 15 in Augusta, Ga., making stops in Pennsylvania, Virginia, Tennessee and Florida along the way.
