Florida Georgia Line are preparing to drop a new single, and they turned to social media to provide some tantalizing hints about the new song.

Tyler Hubbard and Brian Kelley wiped their Instagram account clean and started all over again on Tuesday (May 29), sharing a post with a picture of them in black and white, walking through a field at night with acoustic guitars in hand. The field is lit softly with intermittent glowing lights, and the photo is accompanied by the phrase, "Ain't no need to complicate it."

The superstar country duo have added four more posts in the ensuing days, all of them depicting what look like scenes from what's likely to be a video for a new song. Each still is accompanied by a short phrase, and fans are speculating that when all of the phrases are listed in order, they make up the lyrics to a new song that is probably titled "It's Just That Simple."

If fans' online conjecture is correct, then Florida Georgia Line will release a new single titled "It's Just That Simple" on Friday (June 1), whose lyrics state in part: "Ain’t no need to complicate it / It’s paradise as long as I’m with you / We’re just simple like a six string / Like laugh and love, make a lot out of a little / It’s just that simple."

A post from the Ty, Kelly & Chuck radio show appears to bear that theory out at least in part, confirming new music is on the way from FGL on Friday morning, though it provides no further details.

So far there's no word on a new album project, but it seems likely the new song will serve as the lead single from a follow-up to FGL's most recent album, 2016's Dig Your Roots. They scored four hits from that album with "H.O.L.Y.," "May We All," "God, Your Mama, and Me" and "Smooth," and Florida Georgia Line have also hit the charts recently with "Up Down," their collaboration with Morgan Wallen," and a collaboration with Bebe Rexha titled "Meant to Be." The latter song recently crossed one billion streams.
