Fishkill Farms Announces Corn Maze For a Cause for The 2025 Season
Fall Slowly Arrives in the Hudson Valley
While technically it's still considered summer, the fall weather is slowly creeping in across the Hudson Valley. Chilly temperatures envelope the region in the morning, just enough that a light sweatshirt does the trick.
Leaves are slowly starting to change, although the projected date for peak foliage isn't until late October.
However, we're all starting to get the itch to visit our favorite local farms and orchards to do some apple and pumpkin picking, eat a cider donut and get lost in a corn maze.
This year, you can navigate a corn maze for a good cause at Fishkill Farms.
Fishkill Farms Announces Corn Maze for a Cause 2025
Earlier this week, Fishkill Farms announced the return of their Corn Maze for a Cause for it's 9th year.
In a social media post they explain their "1-acre corn maze is designed and cut by farmer & owner, Josh Morgenthau." They add:
It’s a labor of love, and at the end of the season, 30% of every ticket will be donated evenly amongst local organizations that are bettering our community.
For the last 9 years there has been a different theme and this year is no different. Fishkill Farms announced the 2025 theme is...Cider.
Read the full statement below on why Cider was picked as this years theme:
If you want to experience the Cider corn maze, tickets are available for purchase at the entrance of the maze.

Remember When Taylor Swift Visited Fishkill Farms?
Before Travis Kelce was a thought in Taylor Swifts mind, the superstar was spotted at Fishkill Farms with one of her more infamous former flames.
Back in October of 2010, Swift was spotted with actor Jake Gyllenhaal picking apples at the Dutchess County farm.

Later, the song All Too Well (on Swift's Red album) will reference driving upstate and getting lost in a little town. Swifties speculate that All Too Well is about Gyllenhaal and correlate the apple picking date to the lyrics in the song.
