If you have kids and they like to finger paint, you may want to check the finger paint you use.

According to News 10, there has been a recall of some popular finger paints from Sargent Art tempera and finger paints. The recall comes from the Consumer Product Safety Commission and they say the reason behind the recall is due to possible bacteria contamination.

The recall includes 2.8 million units of finger paints, the following are the affected paints from Sargent Art:

Washable Finger Paint
Art-Time Washable Fluorescent Finger Paint
Art-Time Washable Glitter Finger Paint
Fluorescent Tempera Paint
Art-Time Washable Fluorescent Tempera Paint
Washable Tempera Paint
Washable Glitter Paint
Art-Time Washable Paint
Supreme Tempera Paint
Liquid Tempera Paint
Art-Time Tempera Paint
Value Tempera Paint

Most of these products were sold at Hobby Lobby, Walmart, and other stores nationwide, they were also sold online at Amazon.com and ShopSargentArt.com from May 2015 to June 2016.

If you have kids in school you may want to make the sure the school is aware of this recall and if you do find that you have a recalled item you are asked to stop using the paints and contact Sargent Art for a full refund at 800-827-8081.
