Anything you can donate will go a long way!

As we are all in holiday planning mode, you know the mode, who's cooking for thanksgiving, where are we going, what are we bringing? Lots of questions and sometimes as we are all rushing around to get things done, we forget that some folks are really struggling, struggling so much that they can't afford to get a hot meal on their tables.

That struggling is a year long battle for many Dutchess County Veterans and all of us here at the Wolf are doing everything we can to help out this year. That's why we've teamed up with Poughkeepsie Nissan and Vet2Vet this year to help feed as many veteran's as we can, but we can't do it without your help.

The Chow Hauling food drive is set for TODAY at the Adams Fairacre Farms store right off of route 9 in Wappingers Falls from 2 p.m. through 7 p.m. and all we need you to do is stop by and drop off any non-perishable food items that you'd like to donate. We are looking for canned goods, pasta, paper products, anything non-perishable.

We won't be able to except turkeys this year, but if you'd like to donate a gift card or a cash donation to go towards the purchase of turkeys you can do that as well. Let's all join together this year and do what we can to overwhelm our Hudson Valley Vets with more donations then they've ever seen!!! Hope to see you there!

Thanks again to Poughkeepsie Nissan, home of the lifetime powertrain warranty, Hunter Insurance, Adams Fairacre Farms, Astar Heating and Air, Boutique Wine and Spirits and of course each and every one of you guys!
