Fatal Accident in Montgomery, New York
A fatal rollover accident tragically claimed a man's life on Friday in Orange County, New York.
The weekend started tragically in Orange County on Friday night as police are reporting that at approximately 9:17 p.m. they were dispatched to a reported rollover motor vehicle accident on Berea Road, in the area of Coleman Road in Montgomery, New York.

According to the Town of Montgomery Police Department (MPD), a call came in just after 9 p.m. stating that a motor vehicle had rolled over onto the yard of a home, and as police responded to the scene it was discovered that the accident involved a UTV that had rolled over in a yard.
Updates from the scene reported that a person was reportedly pinned underneath the side-by-side UTV machine with serious injuries.
Man Dies in UTV Accident in Montgomery, NY
First Responders quickly arrived on the scene to evaluate and treat the operator of the vehicle but sadly were unable to save him and he was pronounced deceased at the scene according to the MPD's Facebook page. The victim was identified as 42-year-old Guy (Bucky) Davis, from Montgomery.
Police did not reveal any other details about the fatal accident but did say it is an active investigation.
Second Fatal Accident Within Hours in Orange County, New York
Sadly this was the first of two fatal accidents in Orange County on Friday according to Hudson Valley Post as the New York State Police have confirmed that a woman was hit by a Ford Escape in the westbound lanes of Route 211, near the Route 17 interchange in the Town of Wallkill.
As they conducted their investigation, the westbound lanes of Route 211 were closed for hours.
