I love when we get to the end of a year and we get to look back on all that has happened and all we have accomplished. I noticed this year that a lot of the news outlets have been covering the "least happy" moments. I am going to make it my mission to find some happy things that defined 2015 before the weeks out. In the meantime I want to share one ,of my favorite TV segments that I wait for every year the CBS Sunday Morning Hail and Farewell.

If you haven't figured it out by now I am a big fan of CBS TV and CBS Sunday Morning. I grew up watching it when it was hosted by Charles Kuralt. I have it DVR'd just in case I am out and about on Sunday mornings. But more often than not I am sitting in front of Charles Osgood and the stories each week as they're broadcast from 9a to 10:30a. So I guess it would be no surprise to find out that I think the show's Hail and Farewell, a look back on who left us during the year would be one of my favorite end of year reflections.

It always seems CBS Sunday Morning covers more people from more walks of life and they have a way of tying it all together more neatly than Charles Osgood's bow tie. So in case you missed it I have shared it below.
