Eastdale Village is growing day by day. This week they announced another sweet neighbor to the lineup.

New Pie Shop to Open in Poughkeepsie's Eastdale Village

On Thursday, November 2nd, 2023 Eastdale Village took to their social media accounts and shared the following photo with the caption "We are delighted to unveil the newest member of Eastdale Village, @justalittlepieshop !"

Those who are familiar with Eastdale Village might recognize those faces. Amanda and Vin of Amanda's Macaron Shoppe are the creators behind Eastdale's newest addition, Just A Little Pie Shop.

Eastdale Village explains that the couple is looking to "expand their culinary footprint" adding:

Following the resounding success of Amanda's Macaron Shoppe, a beloved establishment at Eastdale, entrepreneurs Amanda and Vin are set to expand their culinary footprint with "Just a Little Pie Shop." This innovative endeavor will invite patrons to design their very own personal-sized pies, allowing customization of both sweet and savory fillings and toppings, alongside of course the traditional 9-inch pie options with classic flavors.

If their pies are anything like their macarons, we have a feeling they're going to be absolutely delicious.

We'll be keeping an eye out for the grand opening of Just A Little Pie Shop, but in the meantime follow them on social media for all updates and information.

Over the last few weeks, Eastdale has held grand openings for a few businesses that were all the buzz just months ago. It looks like Tomo Asian Fusion has officially opened as well as The Refillery Story both in Eastdale Village.
