Dustin Lynch has a girlfriend, and he couldn't be happier.

In a chat with 98.7 WMZQ deejay Corey Calhoun, Lynch dished on the lady in his life, though he didn't reveal her name.

"After years and years of going at life alone, I've got somebody to celebrate the highs and lows with," the "Seein' Red" hitmaker confirms. "I've never been happier and I'm in a great headspace."

As a country music star, Lynch travels the country and globe often, and he notes how comforting it is to have someone to share those memories with. "I've realized that we get to do so much cool stuff and go to so many cool paces, it's great to have somebody to join now. So life is good," he says, adding that the couple's ideal date revolves around food. "She loves to eat, so I lucked out in that department. It's all about the food with us."

News of Lynch's potential new love interest began swirling when he played coy during an appearance on the Bobby Bones Show in April, sharing that he'd recently been on a date. When Bones pressed him for more details, Lynch reiterated that "life is good."

While speaking with Calhoun, the singer remained unsure of when he'll reveal his girlfriend's identity, acknowledging the pressure that social media can add to a relationship.

"This day in age with social media, it's pretty tough to bring somebody in to the spotlight of my world without there being trolling of any sort," he says, laughing, "So it's one of those things I think we'll just let it organically grow and become what it is."

Lynch is gearing up for the launch of Thomas Rhett's Very Hot Summer Tour where he'll serve as an opening act alongside Russell Dickerson and Rhett Akins on a run that takes them across the U.S. from May through October.
