An incredible story about separated-at-birth triplets reuniting for the first time is set to hit movie theaters this weekend. The movie, which is called Three Identical Strangers, follows 19-year-old Robert Shafron, a Scarsdale resident in 1980 who discovered that he has two identical brothers.

The movie shows Shafron as well as his newfound brothers Edward Galland and David Kellman, detailing their reunion and how they came to be separated. The story is unreal and often disturbing, especially as they begin to learn that they were part of a secret psychological experiment that had been going on for decades.

The documentary is getting great reviews, and currently holds an 88% rating on Rotten Tomatoes. Unfortunately, it doesn't look like it's playing in any Hudson Valley theaters yet. It is playing at a couple of theaters in New York City, and if it does well, it'll likely expand into more.
