What do you think?

It's Wednesday and time for another episode of "We Gotcha Wednesday" where Jess and I read to you an email we got from a fellow Wolf listener.

This week we got an email from a woman who listens on the Wolf mobile app in Chicago and wanted to see what all of us in the Hudson Valley thought about what happened to a friend of hers.

She wrote,

"Hey CJ and Jess I love listening to you guys on your app as I am originally from Kingston and now live in Chicago. Anyway I wanted to know what you guys thought about what happened to a good friend of mine last week. She has been working in a pet store out here and she got fired the other day because she refused to sell a dog to a family that just didn't look like they could take care of it. She says she's not a judgmental kind of person but this family had a dirty baby in a dirty stroller, they were just kind of doggy dumb and they wanted to buy a puppy. She loves animals and in good conscience, just could not do it. She told her boss, "I'm sorry, I can't sell a dog to these people." And her boss fired her on the spot. Did she do the right thing? Is the boss wrong for firing her? I know you guys love pets so I figured I would ask. I'll be listening."

Both Jess and I agree that maybe the boss over reacted on the extreme side by firing her. We think she shouldn't have judged a book by it's cover, for all we know these people could be great dog owners. Right?
