If you're a fan of following weather patterns around the Hudson Valley then you're probably familiar with the guy I'm about to talk about.

His name is Ben Noll and he's a meteorologist at the National Institute of Water & Atmospheric Research in New Zealand. Ben is pretty popular with the Hudson Valley crowd on Twitter, especially during the winter when the snow days come rolling in.

Currently, Ben Noll is my favorite person because in the early hours of Thursday May 14, he tweeted music to my ears.

According to Noll, the Hudson Valley won't get as cold as it was this morning until October 2020.

We've been wondering when the weather would break and we would finally get those spring-like temperatures. And it looks like we're finally hitting that groove.

With everything going on with COVID-19 and waiting for New York to be un-paused, a little warm weather could definitely help improve our moods.

Now with that being said, Hudson Valley Weather is reporting that we'll be hitting 74 degrees on Friday with possible Thunderstorms. However, Saturday and Sunday are looking great with partly sunny skies and highs in the 60s.

Bring on the spring and summer heat mother nature. We're ready for it.
