CJ Wins Best in Show

I have been congratulated all morning on winning this great award.

Only problem it's not me. LOL.

It is from the 140th Westminster Kennel Club dog show, which is a huge deal for dog lovers.

A German Shorthaired pointer named C.J. is this year's winner of the Westminster Kennel Club dog show.

CJ won Best in Show last night after a two day competition. There were more than 27-hundred contestants in this year's competition.

According to the New York Times, the Westminster is the second longest continuously running sporting event in the United States, behind only the Kentucky Derby.

With dogs on the mind, Jess and I decided to find out what breed of dog we are.

We came across the website What Dog and after we uploaded our pictures and it told us what breed of dog we each are.

For me, a Staffordshire Bull Terrier, who is strong, driven to prey on smaller creatures, affectionate.

For Jess, a English Cockerspaniel, who is outgoing, needs to be told and told again and athletic.
