Skip the flowers this Valentine's Day and give your love some Chocolate covered Strawberry Stuffed Cheesecake.

I mean, you really can never go wrong with chocolate covered strawberries and if you are like anyone I know, you can't go wrong with cheesecake.  Why not give the best of both worlds?

I haven't been able to find any bakeries that were able to do this and I would be willing to try but I'm not really that good of a baker.  I can bake using a recipe from the box but then adding stuff like strawberries?  Adding in the chocolate?  Nah.
