You Chill While They Grill, With Smoke Haus Deli in Hopewell Junction

We spoke with Joan Mustakus whose family has been serving the area for close to 30 years at The Smokehuas and Mill Creek Caterers. The Mustakus family makes their own cold cuts and sausage and the original owner Rudy is still part of the Smokehaus production team linking brats in the kitchen.

Smokehaus Brats are made fresh Wednesdays and Thursdays which is perfect timing if you're planning a backyard bbq in the warmer months. Speaking of brats, Smokehaus also offers Franks in a Box!
