The weather that came through the Hudson Valley today (September 29, 2023) caused a lot of people to change their plans for the beginning of the weekend. Hopefully what you have planned will work out after all we wait for these Fall weekends all year.

One event has definitely been canceled and pushed most likely into 2024. For People who were planning to attend the Burnout National at the Orange County Fair Speedway (OCFS), it looks like you may have to wait until Spring 2024.

Burnout Nationals Season Finale at OCFS in Middletown, NY Postponed

The Orange County Fair Speedway shared on Facebook earlier today that the Burnout Nationals which was scheduled for this weekend at the Speedway in Middletown, New York has been canceled due to weather.

The Burnout Nationals Team posted a statement that OCFS shared that stated

Unfortunately, we have some weather coming in that is going to force us to postpone the Burnouts Nationals Season Finale on Saturday, September 30, 2023. The new date will come soon but will most likely be in the Spring of 2024. (Burnout Nationals Team via OCFS Facebook)

The official weather forecast from NOAA doesn't have rain in the forecast through part of Saturday morning.

The Season isn't over yet at Orange County Fair Speedway. There are other events scheduled for October including a Motorcross Race and Eastern States Weekend.
