Father's Day is coming up on Sunday and we want to start celebrating today.

If you sit and think about for a minute, your Dad has probably made you really proud at some point in your life. It could be something really small that he did for you over the years or it could be something really big that he did.

Whatever it is, we want to hear about it as we celebrate your dad all week long.

For me, I remember my step dad Phil was always a heavy smoker, if I remember right he smoked like 3 packs a day when I was younger. I was like 15 or 16 and one day out of nowhere he announced that he was quitting smoking and stopped cold turkey on the spot and never picked up another smoke. The will power is what made me the proudest.

Jess told us that when she was younger her dad worked for Fed X and she remembers one Christmas eve her dad working a ton of overtime to make sure that people got their Christmas packages on time, all while her and the rest of the family celebrated and when he got home he looked exhausted and she said that the fact that he worked so hard made her proud.

How about you, when were you most proud of your father? What was that one moment in your life that made you the proudest of your dad? Call the show at 845-473-9431 or leave us a message on Facebook.

Happy Father's Day to all of our Hudson Valley dads!
