Top country artists will be among the stars who join together with the Top 24 contestants on the new season of American Idol in the next two weeks.

Beginning on Monday (April 9), 12 of the remaining Top 24 will hit the stage for special duet performances with stars from across musical genres. The following Monday (April 16), the other 12 contestants will team up with an entirely different slate of stars for more special performances.

Sugarland are among the artists scheduled to perform duets on April 9. The newly reunited Jennifer Nettles and Kristian Bush will take the stage with Gabby Barrett for one special performance, and team with Layla Spring for another duet.

Cam is among the artists slated for April 16, when she will join Shannon O'Hara and Effie Passero in special duet performances.

Banners, Aloe Blacc, Bishop Briggs, Colbie Caillat, Luis Fonsi, Andy Grammer, Lea Michele, Train’s Pat Monahan, Rachel Platten, Bebe Rexha and Allen Stone are among the other top musicians who are slated to perform with American Idol's Top 24 over the course of the next two weeks.

Sugarland will hit the road for their Still the Same Tour beginning in May, and they are slated to release a new album, Bigger, on June 8. Cam's latest single is "Diane," and she will perform some very special intimate concerts on her Listening Room Series Tour, which runs from April 17-May 10.
