A ‘Polar Coastal Winter’ Is Headed To The Hudson Valley
We hear it all the time, if summer is any indication of what winter will be like, it's going to be bad. Has that really happened? I mean, we might think it does but in reality, has it really?
That could change in a hurry this winter.
According to the Farmer's Almanac, a 'Polar Coastal Winter' is headed our way. What does that mean exactly? Well, it basically means winter is going to suck.
Expect major amounts of snow, ice, rain and sleet to hit us in early to mid-January and in February, arctic type temperatures that will hang on for quite some time.
Now, whether you choose to believe that is up to you but statistics say that the 'Farmer's Almanac' is more than 75% accurate. I don't know about you but I'm hoping that this time we fall in the 25% wrong category.
I'm not a fan of winter, especially frigid winter so this is going to be awesome. *sigh.
