32 Arrested in Dutchess County During Saint Patrick’s Day Weekend Crackdown

The arrests included 22 impaired driving arrests as well as 10 other arrests. The arrests were funded by the Governors Traffic Safety Committee and the NYS STOP-DWI Foundation.

“These multi agency enforcement details continue to produce an eye opening number of arrests, Dutchess County STOP-DWI Coordinator William C. Johnson said in a statement. “St. Patrick’s Day is widely celebrated across the country. For many it has become synonymous with drinking. Unfortunately it has become one of our most deadly holidays.”

Below is a lists of the arrests according to the Dutchess County Sheriff's Office.

• Nicolas Russette (23 yoa) of Pleasant Valley, NY was charged with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle 3rd a misdemeanor in the Town of East Fishkill.
• Aula Fakhouri (26 yoa) of Hopewell Jct, NY was charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th a misdemeanor and Unlawful Possession of Marihuana a violation in the Village of Red Hook.
• Raina Bigham (22 yoa) of Seattle, WA was charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th a misdemeanor in the Village of Red Hook.
  Maribel Romero-Hernandez (21 yoa) of Elizaville, NY was charged with DWI & BAC .08% or more both misdemeanors in the Village of Red Hook.
• Reo Revette (24 yoa) of Poughkeepsie, NY was charged with DWI & BAC .08% or more both misdemeanors as well as Unlawful Possession of Marihuana a violation in the Town of Poughkeepsie.
• Jaime Desposito (24 yoa) of Poughkeepsie, NY was charged with DWI, BAC .08% or more & Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th all misdemeanors in the Town of Poughkeepsie.
• Melwin Pablo-Gonzalez (20 yoa) of Poughkeepsie, NY was charged with DWI & BAC .08% or more both misdemeanors in the Town of Poughkeepsie.
• Pedro Davila (33 yoa) of Wappingers Falls, NY was charged with DWI, BAC .08% or more & Suspended Registration all misdemeanors in the Town of Poughkeepsie.
• Aniceto Perez-Torres (37 yoa) of Poughkeepsie, NY was charged with DWI & BAC .08% or more both misdemeanors in the City of Poughkeepsie.
• Nilda Dejesus (29 yoa) of Middletown, NY was charged with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle 2nd & Operating without an Ignition Interlock Device both misdemeanors in the City of Poughkeepsie.
• Andres Bernal (30 yoa) of Poughkeepsie, NY was charged with DWI & Aggravated DWI (BAC .18% or more) both misdemeanors after being involved in a one car property damage auto crash in the City of Poughkeepsie.
• Victor Ovano (36 yoa) of Poughkeepsie, NY was charged with DWI, Aggravated DWI (BAC .18% or more) & Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle 1st all felonies as well as Criminal Impersonation a misdemeanor in the City of Poughkeepsie. The DWI charges were felonies since he had a prior DWI conviction within the prior ten years and the AUO charged was a felony since his license was revoked for a DWI related offense and he was intoxicated while operating the vehicle. Ovano was also wanted by the Town of Poughkeepsie PD on a warrant for a prior DWI offense.

• Brett Johnson (27 yoa) of Wingdale, NY was charged with DWI & Aggravated DWI (BAC .18% or more) both misdemeanors in the Town of Poughkeepsie.
• Ryan Martin (25 yoa) of Hyde Park, NY was charged with was charged with DWI & BAC .08% or more both misdemeanors in the Town of Hyde Park.
• Raul Barbecho-Sinchi (29 yoa) of Poughkeepsie, NY was charged with DWI & BAC .08% or more both misdemeanors as well as Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle 1st a felony in the Town of Poughkeepsie. The AUO charge was felony since his license was suspended for a DWI related offense and he was intoxicated while operating the vehicle.

• James Zolko (27 yoa) of Holland Patent, NY was charged with DWI & BAC .08% or more both misdemeanors.
• Kyle Imperati (38 yoa) of Hyde Park, NY was charged with DWI & Aggravated DWI (BAC .18% or more both misdemeanors as well as Aggravated DWI (Leandra’s Law) a felony for having a child under 16 yoa as a passenger in the car.
• Dawn Natale (45 yoa) of New Windsor, NY was charged with DWI a misdemeanor.
• John Lynch (61 yoa) of Dover Plains, NY was charged with DWI & BAC .08% or more both misdemeanors.
• Donna Wiley (48 yoa) of Wappingers Falls, NY was charged with DWAI Drugs a misdemeanor.
• Trisha Hoskins (45 yoa) of Poughkeepsie, NY was charged with DWI a misdemeanor.
• Darrick Ridenhour (48 yoa) of Wappingers Falls, NY was charged with DWI a misdemeanor.
• John McSwegan (60 yoa) of Wappingers Falls NY was charged with DWI & BAC .08% or more both misdemeanors.

Additionally 4 others were charged with Unlawful Possession of Marihuana a violation.
