A winning $50,000 Powerball ticket was sold at a Pine Bush convenience store for the Saturday, February 24th drawing! According to the New York Lottery, the third-place winning ticket was bought at the 52 Food Mart/Citgo gas station located at 2215 Route 52 in Pine Bush, New York.

Defying the 1 in 913,129.18 odds, the winning ticket matched four of the five numbers drawn Saturday including the all-important Powerball. The winning numbers for Saturday's drawing were 3-8-40-53-58 with the Powerball 3.

No player matched all of the numbers drawn in the $375,900,000 drawing meaning that Monday's (2/26) jackpot will climb to an estimated $391 Million.

How to Play Powerball

If you've never played Powerball before players get to pick five numbers from one to 67 and one Powerball number from a field of one to 26. Powerball drawings are televised every Monday, Wednesday, and Saturday at 10:59 p.m.

The odds of winning a Powerball jackpot are 1 in 292,201,338. The last time a Powerball player matched all five numbers and the Powerball was back at the beginning of 2024 (1/1/2024) when a player in Michigan won $842,400,000.
