I am a music fan first and foremost. I am grateful that music is such a big part of my working life. I also have a very eclectic personal music collection of artists, albums, and songs.

I love discovering new artists, new-to-me artists, historical recordings, amazing covers, powerful tributes, you name it, I will listen to it. So with all of this in mind, I thought I’d share some of my music with you in hopes that you will share some of your music with me. You never know what we'll discover together on Tunesday Tuesday.

This week Rich Robinson has caught my ear. He's certainly not a stranger to the music scene, he and his brother Chris founded the group 'The Black Crowes', which just last year called it quits. He has released 8 solo projects in the past and in 2012 lost most of his gear in Hurricane Sandy and needed to re-sing an entire album, as the vocals were lost too.

His next album 'Flux' will be out on June 24, along with a solo tour later this summer. This is the first single off that album, just released last week, and I have found myself playing it over and over.

He's on the road for part of this summer with Bad Company and Joe Walsh on the 'One Hell of a Night Tour' with stops at PNC Bank Arts Center on June 11, Jones Beach on June 14. His solo Flux tour will bring him to The Highline Ballroom in NYC on August 6, The Wolf Den at Mohegan Sun on August 7, and The Club Helsinki in Hudson on August 13.
